Saturday, Dec. 1 — Christmas Readings

Mystery Ink authors Rick Mofina and Therese Greenwood will join former television broadcaster Roy Bonisteel for Christmas readings at the former Johnstown Church near Trenton, Ont.

The event, which begins at 2 p.m., will also include Christmas music by Andy Thompson, poetry with Denise Ferguson, hot drinks, seasonal treats, and a 25-foot Christmas tree direct from the Bonisteel family farm.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Visa and Mastercard can be accepted by phone, and proceeds go to the Safe Youth Foundation, which helps provide education and training for those making an effort to change their lives. To book a seat, call Lesley at (613) 392-9212.

Join us at the offices of The Ginger Press, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a Christmas Sale and Signing.

Ginger Press, located at 848 2nd Ave. East, Owen Sound, Ont., is the publisher of Mystery Ink, an anthology of the best Ontario mystery stories published by Osprey newspapers over the past few years.
